By downloading, installing, or using FoxyFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
FoxyFi is a personal finance management application that allows you to track expenses, set budgets, and view financial summaries. FoxyFi is not a bank, payment processor, or financial advisor. We do not hold, move, or lend money.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use FoxyFi.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use FoxyFi for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) reverse engineer the app; (d) upload malware or harmful code; or (e) resell or sublicense FoxyFi.
5. Subscription and Billing
FoxyFi offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused portions of annual plans if requested within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in FoxyFi are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FoxyFi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any financial calculations or summaries. Always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxyFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
