How FoxyFi collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Last updated June 2026.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account (email address, display name), add transactions (amounts, categories, notes), or contact us for support.
We also collect usage data automatically: device type, operating system, app version, and crash reports. We do not collect your bank credentials or card numbers.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve FoxyFi; to send you transactional notifications you have opted into; and to respond to your support requests.
We do not use your financial data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We conduct annual third-party security audits.
We share your data only with service providers who help us operate FoxyFi (e.g., cloud hosting, crash analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from within the app or by emailing [email protected]. You may also export all your data in CSV format.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

FoxyFi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
