Notifications That Help Instead of Haunt

Most financial app notifications are noise. FoxyFi's alerts are timed, specific, and actionable: the difference between a nudge and an annoyance.

The Notification Problem

Financial app notifications fall into two categories: too much (every transaction, every login, every marketing message) and too little (nothing until you've already overspent).

Neither is useful. One trains you to ignore them. The other arrives too late to change anything.

Budget Alerts Before You Overspend

FoxyFi's budget notifications fire at 70% of your category limit, not at 100%. You still have 30% of the budget remaining when you get the alert. That's a decision point, not a post-mortem.

The alert tells you the category, the amount spent, the limit, and the remaining balance. Everything you need to decide whether to slow down.

"A warning at 70% gives you time to act. A warning at 100% just tells you what happened."

Recurrence Reminders

For recurring transactions (monthly subscriptions, weekly transfers, annual fees), FoxyFi sends a reminder before the charge hits. You see it coming, you confirm it's expected, and it doesn't surprise your balance.

If a recurring charge amount changes (a subscription price increase, for example), the notification flags the discrepancy.

Loan Repayment Nudges

Within groups, FoxyFi can send gentle settlement reminders when a repayment date approaches. The nudge goes to the borrower automatically. You don't have to be the one to ask.

The tone is neutral. The timing is pre-agreed. The awkwardness is removed.

You Control What You Receive

Every notification type is individually configurable. Budget alerts, recurrence reminders, loan nudges, group activity: turn each on or off independently.

FoxyFi never sends marketing notifications. Every alert is tied to an action you took or a threshold you set. If it's not relevant to your money, it doesn't appear.

Notifications That Work For You

Budget alerts at 70%, recurrence reminders, loan nudges. FoxyFi notifies you when it matters, and stays quiet when it doesn't.
